The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Support Analyst to join our talented team.

Working in a fast and dynamic environment, supporting Sports Alliance account managers and clients remotely will be your primary task. With on-the-job training and the opportunity to learn new skills and methodologies, we will soon expect you to:

• We manage large amounts of complex information and data for our clients, and your analytical skills will come into their own. You also have a feeling for Marketing and Campaign management.
• Up-to-date technological skills are fundamental, in which you can quickly master new software programs. It is a job where you get all the freedom and responsibility in a flexible working environment
• Run SQL scripts to deploy internal products and make changes to databases
• Write simple SQL scripts to produce counts/extract data for targeted campaigns and Business intelligence.
• Develop in depth understanding of the Sports Alliance data warehouse
• Handle customers coming to you with questions about their data and their marketing campaigns. Because you are the “super user” of the Sports Alliance applications and have knowledge of best practices, you ensure that customers get the most out of their data and the Sports Alliance tools.
• Help manage issue tracking system (Jira)
• Work within email service provider application(s)

You:

• Have a degree in either IT, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
• You are proactive and flexible, so that you are not frightened of ad hoc activities.
• As a person you are a personable, enthusiastic, service-oriented, social, independent and affable
• You do not shy away from small operational activities
• You communicate easily in English and Dutch, both orally and in writing. Spanish, German or French is a plus.
• Love to learn and work with new software, products and technologies
• Have an affinity with data and software
• Are comfortable handling, analysing and manipulating large amounts of data
• Are proactive and a flexible self-starter
• Knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases is required and specific skills such as HTML, Python, R or Design would be a plus

Salary: Depending on experience

Hybrid:  Office and home working
